These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you" or "customer") and ImplantSmiles LLC, the company that owns and operates the Tooth-Saver Blueprint program ("we", "us", or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing or using any part of the program.
By buying or using the program, you agree to these rules. If you don't agree, you're free to walk away — no purchase required, no obligation.
By accessing the Tooth-Saver Blueprint website (the "Site"), creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using any of our products, services, downloads, videos, or related materials (collectively, the "Services"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.
If you are accessing the Services on behalf of a household member, family, or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that party to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Site or the Services.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, share credentials, or engage in fraudulent activity, in each case as described in Section 12.
You buy a personal license to learn — not the right to copy, resell, or rebroadcast the program. Use it for yourself and your immediate family; please don't redistribute it.
All content provided through the Site and Services — including text, illustrations, photographs, video, audio, written explanations, logos, design, code, and the overall organization and "look and feel" — is the property of ImplantSmiles LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your own personal, non-commercial educational use. This license includes the ability to share the materials with members of your immediate household.
Unauthorized use is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination without refund and pursuit of legal remedies, including statutory damages.

All purchases are processed through a secure third-party payment processor. By submitting payment information, you authorize the charge of the listed price plus any applicable taxes to your selected payment method.
Our promise: if the Tooth-Saver Blueprint isn't the right fit for you, email us within 14 days of purchase at support@toothsaverblueprint.com and we'll issue a full refund — no quizzes, no guilt trips, no fine print.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 1–2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
To protect against abuse, we reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected fraud, repeat refund history on similar products, or evidence of substantial content download with intent to redistribute. Refund eligibility expires 14 days after the original purchase date.
Unless otherwise stated at purchase, the Tooth-Saver Blueprint is offered with lifetime access — meaning, for as long as we continue to operate the program and your account remains in good standing, you may log in and view your purchased materials.
"Lifetime" refers to the operational lifetime of the program, not the natural lifetime of any individual. We will provide reasonable notice if we discontinue the platform and, where practical, give you the ability to download a personal copy of your purchased materials.
The Site and Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall ImplantSmiles LLC, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, personal injury, dental complications, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ImplantSmiles LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (i) your use or misuse of the Services; (ii) your violation of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right; or (iv) any content you submit or transmit through the Services.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or unauthorized sharing, or used the Services in a way that harms us or other users. Upon termination, your license to use the Services ends, and you must stop accessing and using all program materials.
You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law — will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which ImplantSmiles LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall first be addressed through good-faith informal discussion by contacting support@toothsaverblueprint.com. If we cannot resolve a dispute within 60 days of written notice, any unresolved dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that State, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, the law, or industry practice. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated by a notice on the Site or by email, where reasonable. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
